Having commissioned numerous projets at multiple properties with contractors throughout the country, I can emphatically state that I wish BBF Contractors operated nationwide! The foundation of a business is the character of its founders/owners and I believe this is what sets BBF apart from all others. When they say that they truly care about the customers satisfaction, they no kidding mean it. BBF's follow through and professionalism is what you hope for and expect from so many, but unfortunately so few deliver. Not so with BBF. They deliver time and again. Such is my experience with them through over $100K in projects over the course of a year during which we had to deal with two hurricane's and multiple customer modifications mid-project. I cannot more highly recommend BBF Contractors for all your building needs!

Andy did a great job!!! I explained my budget and he put together the plan. As changes came up, he showed me where we could save money to keep on budget. He communicated well, he let me know in advance when there would be delays so we could plan for them. Also, when my deadline moved up, he accommodated the shortened timeline and allowed me to get an extra months rent on the books. He is a great guy and business man!!

We used Andy at BBF for a complete renovation on our home in Pensacola. Andy does excellent work, and did a great job of suggesting fixes and working with us on prices for unplanned issues we found after renovation started. I will continue to hire him, as I know I can count on quality and integrity! Work included flooring, new kitchen and bathroom, paint and trim, exterior and roof repair, foundation repair, and minor landscaping.

We chose BBF (Andy Needles) first off because his bid on our bathroom and laundry room remodel was very competitive. He was understanding of our desire to keep costs as low as possible, and delivered on his promised budget. Throughout the entire project, he kept in constant communication with us, between texting, calling, and coming over at least once every day - and always had a smile on his face. He is the master of coordinating his sub-contractors - we had somebody working and making forward progress almost every day, and even a couple Saturdays! (No work was done on the weekend unless we approved, of course, and we were hoping to get done as quickly as possible, so we appreciated the extra working time) The sub-contractors that Andy works with are very professional, and they all spoke extremely highly of Andy as well. He is obviously very well-respected in his trade. The finished product is GORGEOUS, we are so happy with it! We cannot recommend him enough, and will definitely be calling him again when we want to do more upgrades to our home!

I worked with Andy and BBF contractors on a whole home renovation project and they did an incredible job. I was very happy with the price and the time line that was provided to me before the job started and they even finished ahead of schedule. The work was done professionally and to a very high standard. All of the workers were clean and very respectful throughout the job. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in the future.

We provided the plans for our dream house and he made it happen. Worked with us and offered solutions and alternatives that allowed us to stay within our budget and our timeline. Very flexible and quickly addressed any issues or concerns that we had during the build process. We had many unique requests and he was able to meet them all.
